Together with the DDH Group of companies, Shear Metal is able to leverage their combined expertise to provide customers with a complete solution for their manufacturing needs.

Our team of operators possess the training and experience to run our wide variety of equipment which includes:

• 2K and 3K Fiber Laser
• CNC turrets and with autoindex capabilities for angle and precision, 3 shears, capable of shearing up to 7 gauge cold roll steel and lengths to 78 inches make it possible to meet extensive engineering requirements.
• A new welding/robotic welding room that boasts both TIG,MIG and spot welding. This allows our welding personnel to weld even the most precision assemblies.
• A new deburr room with full capabilities as to all types of finishes including grain finishes with sizing up to 36” wide, polishing, tumbling and bead blasting.
